After 20 years working in addiction, as a therapist or director level roles, one common thing I see is many treatment facilities care more about their financial status than the quality of their patients’ lives. Addiction treatment is important to not only better the lives of the individual, but the lives of those around them. Recover Clarity was created to be a safe haven for anyone suffering from the grasps of addiction with a focus on opioid addiction.
It has been my dream to use a mixture of Western Medicine and more Holistic approaches to help individuals recover from their addiction, with one main goal, to assist them in successfully getting off the medications for addiction and live a truly free life. There are many holistic approaches which will help a person recover from their addiction while also just overall increasing their quality of life. I specifically only hire the most caring and loving staff with truly altruistic hearts. This helps ensure Recover Clarity is free from all judgments about people, and we strive to end the stigmas around addiction.
With the advancements of Telehealth (also referred to as Telemedicine) we are able to expand our reach to help those individuals who previously did not have access to treatment options. As well as this makes treatment more obtainable to anyone in need. As a prior Professor of Psychology, I utilized my skills in education and have created a state-of-the-art online therapy platform to further assist those in need, which is free for all patients at Recover Clarity.
